Teaching Assistant Training is designed for graduate students who are interested in teaching or plan to become university teachers. This program is supported by Center for Faculty Development, Office of Student Affairs, Graduate School and several other schools and departments. It provides an opportunity for graduate student teachers and teaching assistants to document and share their insights into enhancing teaching and learning. Upon completing the year-long program, participants will be better able to meet the academic demands of the colleges and universities whose faculties they will join and thus will have increased likelihood of their own career success.
