From 2013 August 20th to 24th, Center for Faculty Development (CFD) held the 3rd workshop on faculty development series. This workshop aimed at playing a radiant role of a national level faculty development demonstration center and serving other colleges and universities. About 30 professional teachers, teaching managers and persons in charge of CFD attended this workshop.
This workshop lasted for 5 days. 11 experts and scholars were invited to give lectures and 16 activities were held including reform in educational concept, improvement of basic teaching skills, and career development of young faculty. The workshop was favored by more than 97% of the attendees.
