Organizational Structure

CFD has established three sub-teams: Guiding Committee, Expert Committee and General Office and formed a new faculty development mechanism featured by top-level design, overall planning and coordinative development.

Guiding Committee

Guiding Committee is composed of BIT top administrators in charge of teaching and personnel, and relevant responsible persons of Graduate School of Education, Office of Student Affairs, International Office, and several other professional schools. Guiding Committee is obligated to plan for CFD daily affairs in a top level and comprehensive way and to provide advice when necessary.

Expert Committee

Expert Committee is made up of outstanding teachers and famous experts of BIT or from other universities. It is in charge of supervision and counseling, faculty training as well as teaching and learning research, etc.

General Office

General Office whose main force is full-time staff and teachers from Graduate School of Education, is to coordinate with other function departments to fulfill daily work.

    Administration Group deals with CFD daily management to ensure its smooth operation.

    Training& Consultation Group is bound to organize various faculty training programs and
    provide consultation service.

Faulty Development Group is designed to conduct theoretical and practical researches around
education and teaching, talent cultivation, faculty development.

    Teaching-Learning Group is obliged to evaluate teaching of new teachers which is in accordance
    with Teacher Qualification System. It also assesses student learning condition and gives advice
    and aid when needed.

The three sub-teams forms a professional team featured by union of part-time and full-time staff and that of multi-discipline experts and university administrators.
